Also featured in this latest photograph drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a legend identifying different areas of the estate.
Accompanying this are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for boat shelters.
